Mike Scott at his biggest weighed just under 28 stone (390 pounds)and back in 2005/06 was featured on the front of the UK national newspapers, numerous glossy magazines as well as hitting the sofa&#039;s infront of 9 million people on GM:TV when he went from 24 1/2 stone (343 pounds) to 13 stone (189 pounds) in 20 weeks.

A few months after the publicity Mike had a breakdown and it was then that he realised that the key to being slim and healthy long term is to think differently and to realise why you do what you do and then choose a better option. Since then Mike has worked with thousands of clients 1-2-1 to really get to the bottom of their problems and to realise that ultimately to be slim then you don&#039;t need willpower.
